Being Nice: Ways to Help Out Job-Seekers on LinkedIn

#Protip: if you see anyone posting on LinkedIn that they're looking for work, it's a good idea to "like" the post and leave a general comment on it.

I usually comment by saying, "good luck!" or "Commenting so that I can elevate this to my feed. I have a few contacts in your area."

Anything along those lines will do. That activity will increase the reach of their post and hopefully expose the job seeker to new opportunities. LinkedIn's algorithm is ideal for helping others, so make it a point to do just that.
